Even though some people got huge payouts, the SEC cited one of the main reasons they shut it down is that Zeek didn’t have MONEY ON HAND enough to sustain what was showing in everyone’s back offices. There just isn’t that much money from people investing to pay all that out. Not even close. That’s why they have all those incentives for people to keep their money in there. You could get sued by the SEC or FTC yourself if you stay in Banners Broker. The US government doesn’t just sue just the companies anymore. The photos have become known as the Kate Baby Bump photos. No British publications ran the photos, but an Italian tabloid called Chi, were happy to feature them with the headline “Kate & William, Honeymoon for three”. Rumors are that they paid $400,000 for the photos. The palace did not confirm if the Duke and Duchess would pursue legal action. The US publication Star also featured them on the front page. The Kate Baby Bump photos are now all over the internet. photo by au.ibtimes.com Some are speculating that the press in Britain is showing restraint and others say it is because Will and Kate successfully sued several French papers that published topless photos of Kate while on their honeymoon. Most think it has to do with the recommendations in the Leveson Report by Lord Justice Leveson. This is the investigation that started after the phone hacking scandal by the British News of the World tabloid who hacked into a dead woman’s voicemail, letting her parent’s believe she was still alive. photo by eonline.com In the report, Leveson criticized newspapers for recklessness in prioritizing sensational stories. As a result, the previous regulator was ousted and a new independent watchdog was appointed to oversee the press. It has the power to launch investigations into papers that violate codes of ethics and can fine them up to one million pounds. It might be tempting to think that the British press has decided to do the “right thing”, but it probably has a lot to do with William and his dislike of the press and his mission to have Kate avoid the attention his mother Diana suffered. Will is very skillful at managing the media. With occasional legal threats, he has been able to limit his and Kate’s exposure. Furthermore, about these Kate Baby Bump photos … most women looking at the photo would say they wished they looked that good in a bikini – pregnant or not. This really is a case of sensationalism by the paparazzi – there is almost nothing to see.
The paparazzi are at it at again, but apparently the British press is taking it easy by not publishing Kate Baby Bump photos.

Swagger, a 90-pound sheepdog had definitely been the crowd favorite, but he only got Reserve Best in Show (second place). He will be retiring and returning to The Netherlands to do whatever retired dogs do. The Affenpinscher breed is German in origin and the name “affe” means monkey. Affenpinschers are usually between 6-13 pounds and about 9-12 inches tall. They are known as good family pets, but not great with very small children as they are very territorial with their food. When their coat is groomed and brushed, they do look like monkey. photo by sbnation.com While there was plenty of action in the ring at the Westminster dog show 2013, however most of the excitement was backstage which resembled a scene from the movie “Best in Show”. When the star of the movie Parker Posey made an appearance, the illusion was complete. She apparently showed up to cheer on Swagger the sheepdog while he was having a blow dry and she later made her way through the dogs that were being fluffed and sprayed and styled. One dog was having its hair sprayed like a carnation and a Great Pyrenees was getting its hair puffed up with mousse. Its owner said it was dog mousse, but she used it on her own hair as well! Parker Posey created quite a buzz and a crowd gathered to take pictures and get autographs. She predicted Swagger the sheepdog was going to win and she asked for his “paw-tograph” after the Westminster Dog Show 2013. Show dog people take their craft very seriously and while many say that owners and dogs start to look like each other after a while, there was no shortage of embroidered dogs on every piece of their clothing and shoes all around the building. It was everything “dog” at the Westminster Dog Show 2013. Ironically, the dog show is held several blocks away from the Lincoln Center, home of the New York Fashion Week. The only difference is that there is probably more primping, fussing, hairspray, brushing and mousse at the dog show than at Fashion Week.

The original Harlem Shake video was put on YouTube on Feb. 2 and is going viral with 3.7 million views already. There are now millions of others versions with everyone getting on the bandwagon daily. The easiest way to describe the dance is to say that the participants appear to be humping the air while pivoting the shoulder out while popping the other shoulder out at the same time. Most versions start out with one person doing the dance in a group setting while the others around them appear not to notice. Then everyone joins in and it is a free for all. photo by nypost.com The dance itself was invented in 1981 and reached the height of its popularity in 2001. Harlem resident “Al Bm,” the dance was initially referred to as “albee” after his name. The name has been referenced in many songs by other artists like P. Diddy and Cam’ron. The song that is used in most of the current videos was uploaded in August 2012 by an artist named Harry Rodrigues whose stage name is Baauer. It is in a style called electronica. The current dance isn’t exactly the same as the 1981 version, but the music is almost identical. It is difficult to say how long Harlem Shake will be popular, but it is for sure that it hasn’t reached its peak yet. The good news is that Gangnam Style will be humanely euthanized – enough already!
